The kiddies with their shirts. Coby looked for a mystical wolf shirt. I guess he found it.

Mesa Falls on the way home.

Island Park/Yellowstone Day two

Island Park/Yellowstone Ingram Reunion Day Two

We tried to all pick something to do and my pick was a hike.

Nate and I got up early on Sunday July 22nd and just the two of us went to Harriman State Park and Hiked the Silver Lake loop. This of course was my favorite thing we did. Other than a park ranger, we were the only people on the trail. A nice break from busy Yellowstone

Later that day Nate took Coby golfing. Our cabin was on the 2nd hole of the course. Coby enjoyed this very much and now wants his own set of clubs. Cameron and Jim joined the foursome.

While the guys were golfing Cass and I drove up to Sawtelle to see the wildflowers. Cass has been getting car sick this summer so this activity was short lived

Games at the cabin. Grandpa Bart taught Coby to play Nil and 13

The kids played spoons. It was an intense game and quite entertaining to watch. Brayden, Austin, Liz, Ashtyn, Cass, Ember, Jordyn and Avery. Cass loved every minute with her cousins

Yellowstone 2012-1st Day

I haven't been to Yellowstone since I was 14 yrs old. Nate and I have never been together. He has been there at least three times with his family at reunions. We went to the park on Saturday July 21st, 2012. Here are some bison. We did see a bear. She was a grizzly and she was sitting and scratching her ears, I couldn't get a photo of her but the kids were thrilled to see a bear.

Firehole Falls

Old Faithful

Biscuit Basin. I picked this spot off the map. Since it was busy we were only able to do a few of the geysers. I am glad this random pick was so pretty.

Biscuit Basin

Yellowstone was super busy the day we went. Firehole falls was on a side road away from the animals and a good break from the crowds. Big N is used to seeing elk and deer so we decided the waterfalls looked like a fun spot.

Thirty-five

I woke up at 5:00 am on my birthday. Why not enjoy the WHOLE day? I ran a 5-K with my friend Candice Bray. It was in Mona, UT for the annual lavander days fest. If you finished you got a lavander plant. I did finish in 32.33. Still above the 30 minute mark, that is what happens in your thirties.
After the run we tried out a new place in Provo called Nellies. The breakfast was great.

Dinner at Pizzera 712 with my little family and Shannie, Garrett and Fisch.

Love this. It is fun to go to a nice dinner with the kids.

The kids were cute with individual gifts. Coby promised me a date to see the new Batman movie when it comes out.  I can't believe I am 35. It is middle age, really. I had a great day, it rained which normally is a drag, but when the temp is around 104 degrees on July 14th, the rainy day was welcome. I am so happy with my husband and kids, I have some great friends and a great mom and dad.

Pool Days

We have been having a lot of fun this summer at the pool. Shannie and I decided to have a designated pool day every week, and for the most part, we have been able to stick to it. It sure has shown me how busy our lives can get.

Grace, Cassidy and Alta. July 12, 2102 Vetreans pool in Provo. I love this pool. It is clean for the most part and even on the busiest days you can find a shady spot by a huge tree. I do not care for huge water parks.

Shannie says someday we will be 50 (yeah 15 years for me) as I have a birthday rapidly approaching. Either this photo will come back to haunt me, or I will be so happy I have it to show my grandkids.

Fourth of July, 2012

July 4th, 2012. These cute little girls had fun at the Provo Freedom Fest. The balloons are my favorite thing out of the many festivities going on. Ember Lee, Grace Poulsen, Cassidy, McKinley Porter, Kate Lee and Alta Crane

Cute girls here too... Me with Kodye and Shannie
