before the ride
2 seconds into the ride- rain comes down in a sheet so we ditch our bikes on the lawn
Waiting the storm out- determined not to let a little rain stop us
One obsticle we passed the railroad tracks
Big Scary underpass- Cass was brave and kept on trucking

Cass trained for this 3.5 mile ride for a few weeks- we took rides to the family farm by our house to buy corn, trips around the block and a few to her school. Her big day was on her birthday- we started early but it started to rain hard, so we delayed it a bit. The ride was great and Cass was brave- she started to lose steam at the end of our street but she hung on and made it home.

Way to go, sounds fun. I don't think I could even ride my bike 3 miles ha ha ha.
Cass is soooo beautiful! Look at those eyelashes! Be honest, are you curling them? ;)
